The undersigned hereby gives to

and representatives the absolute right and permission to copyright, use,
exhibit, display, print, reproduce, televise, broadcast and distribute, for any
lawful purpose, in whole or in part, through any means without limitation, any
scenes containing the above described premises, all without inspection or
further consent or approval by the undersigned of the finished product or of
the use to which it may be applied.

the undersigned harmless of and free from any and all liability and loss which

(‘The premises’)
for the purpose of recording of scenes (interior and exterior) for the use of
Pukka Picture (Producer). Permission includes but is not limited bringing cast,
crew, equipment and property and the right to remove them from the premises
after the completion of the work. I represent that I own the property or have
the authority to enter this agreement and grant these rights.
Permission is
granted under the following consideration –
A digital copy of
the finished film.
The premises will

Producer agrees

own any and all rights to recordings made by producers on or about the
premises, including any recording of any identifying names or signs appearing
thereon, and will have world-wide right to use and licence others to use any
recordings in any matter whatsoever, including, but not limited to, the right
to exhibit, record, edit or otherwise alter at the sole discretion of the
producer, such recording or any portion thereof in any form of media whatsoever,
without limitation or restriction
